We have a proper 3-layer quality check during our production. First thing, once we cut the fabric into panels, we make sure all the panels are free of any damages or stains. Then, during stitching, our inline QC in-charge will regularly check if the stitching is even and the SPI (Stitches per Inch) is as per our approval. After stitching is finished, our QC team checks each garment individually. They see if there are any defects, pin holes or oil stains and trim all the extra sew threads. Also, during ironing, our ironing master ensures everything is defect-free and does random measurement checks. Apart from these QC checks, we are also open to any 3rd party QC checks before dispatch at your cost.

Even though we do thorough quality checks at every stage, sometimes, due to manual work, a few errors can slip through. If you find any issues within 2 weeks of receiving your order, you can inform us. If it is a correctable issue, we can take back the goods and rework on it and send you back. If it is a non-workable issue, we can discuss for a fair solution.
